Mark founded Jared James in 1995 having previously been Head of a Credit business for both Investment Grade and Emerging Market products at a highly respected Executive Search company. He manages the business on a daily basis but is still actively involved in the origination and delivery of senior mandates, whilst maintaining and developing client relationships.

Prior to a move into Executive Search, Mark enjoyed a successful 20 year career in the International Capital Markets arena, which included senior roles at a number of global financial institutions. Over the course of a 30 year career in the financial markets, Mark has worked in London, New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
